Good
Central location - 2 block walk from Zhongshan metro and one stop to Taipei train station. Rooms were clean and quiet. Area a bit mixed - some massage parlours and some designer shops. Two large department stores at Zhongshan metro were good for food courts.
Breakfast was not great. Hours were 7-9 am only - they even started taking the food away before 9 am. The food selection was limited. Poor variety if you were vegetarian - even the pasta with tomato sauce had meat in it. They asked you to clear your table - I did not have this at other hotels I stayed at in Taiwan. Felt rather over-priced for the nights over New Year weekend.

Good value for money.
The location is good. Walking distant to MRT and department store (Sogo) or some high end shopping experience.
The breakfast is boring and not much varieties too choose from. Only one small elevator in the building need a little bit of wait when busy. Towels are wear off and looks grey not white.
